Last updated: September 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PARKS APPLICATIONS LLC, doing business as Signal12 (“Signal12,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website, use the Signal12 software (including Signal12 One, Signal12 Club, the player app and the coach platform), or purchase Signal12 hardware such as the Signal12 Mic and Signal12 Vest (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, password, team or club name, role (for example player, coach or administrator), sport, position and jersey number.
  • Recordings and session content — game and training video you upload, audio captured by the Signal12 Mic, and the tags, grades, clips and comments created from them. Audio recordings contain players’ voices and may incidentally capture other people nearby.
  • Contact and information requests — the email address and any details you submit through our forms.
  • Purchase information — billing and shipping details for subscriptions and hardware. Payment card details are processed by a third-party payment processor and are not stored by us.
  • Device and usage information — browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed and actions taken in the Services, and diagnostic data from Signal12 hardware.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the Services, including syncing audio to video, detecting and grading calls, and producing reports.
  • To create and manage accounts, process orders and ship hardware.
  • To respond to information requests, support questions and other communications.
  • To maintain, secure and improve the Services, including troubleshooting and preventing misuse.
  • To send service-related messages and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Improving our detection. We may use recordings and session content to train and improve Signal12’s call detection and grading. Individual users and team administrators can opt out at any time in account settings or by emailing us; opting out does not affect your use of the Services.

3. Team (Club) accounts

When a club, school or organization uses Signal12 Club, that organization controls its team account and decides who can view players’ recordings and reports. Coaches and administrators on the account can access the recordings, grades and reports of players on their roster. The organization is responsible for obtaining any consents required to record its players and staff.

4. How we share information

  • Within your team — with coaches, administrators and teammates as configured by the team account.
  • Service providers — hosting, storage, payment, shipping, email, form-processing and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contract. For example, emails submitted through the “Request Info” form on our website are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or Signal12.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Children and young athletes

The Services may be used by youth teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, which may be obtained by the child’s team or organization. If you believe a child’s information was provided without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

We keep account information while your account is active. Recordings and session content are kept until you or your team administrator delete them, or for 30 days after an account is closed, after which they are deleted. We may keep limited information longer where required by law.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
