What is Signal12?
Signal12 is a sports communication platform. Players wear the Signal12 Mic in the Signal12 Vest, and our software syncs their audio to your game or training film, flags the moments that call for communication, and grades every call so coaches and players can see what was said — and what wasn’t.
What equipment do I need?
Each player needs one Signal12 Mic kit: the Signal12 Mic plus a way to wear it — either the Signal12 Vest or an iron-on pocket that attaches to a GPS vest they already own. You’ll also need game or training video to sync the audio to. Full hardware specs and pricing are coming soon.
Which sports does Signal12 support?
Signal12 is built for any sport where a teammate’s voice changes the play, including soccer, American football, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, rugby and volleyball. Sport-specific support is coming soon.
What’s the difference between Signal12 One and Signal12 Club?
Signal12 One is a single-user plan for an individual player who wants to train their own communication. Signal12 Club is for a whole program: a Mic & Vest and the player app for every athlete, plus a standalone coach platform to sync sessions, grade calls and share feedback across the team.
How much does Signal12 cost?

How are calls graded?
Every situation that calls for communication is graded as a Correct Call, Late Call, Unclear Call, Incorrect Selection, Bad Reception or No Call. Bad Reception means the right call was made on time, but the teammate didn’t hear it or didn’t act on it. Club teams can also define their own situations, expected phrases and grading rules.
Who can hear my recordings?
On Signal12 One, only you. On Signal12 Club, coaches and administrators on your team account can review recordings for players on their roster. We never sell personal information — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Can youth teams use Signal12?
Yes. Players under 13 need verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, which is usually collected by the team or organization. Teams are responsible for getting any consent required to record their players.
Can players wear the Mic & Vest in games?
Signal12 is designed for both training and games, but equipment rules vary. Always check with your league, governing body and venue before wearing the Mic & Vest in competition.
